Upon contracting with us, you will be introduced to your implementation support team. We have an established project methodology that can rapidly bring your practice onboard with our services and information system solutions. By having a defined path, we can offer a quick turnaround.
In addition to your implementation team you will be assigned one of our experienced implementation leads. A Team Lead will be assigned during the early stages of implementation and will be your main point of contact once the implementation is completed.
We understand the value of our clients having a well trained and informed staff. We can provide new hire training either in our training facility or depending on the scope that is needed we can do this online with web conferencing.
